What does 2 Kings 12:15 mean?
ESV: And they did not ask for an accounting from the men into whose hand they delivered the money to pay out to the workmen, for they dealt honestly.
NIV: They did not require an accounting from those to whom they gave the money to pay the workers, because they acted with complete honesty.
NASB: Moreover, they did not require an accounting from the men into whose hands they gave the money to pay to those who did the work, because they acted faithfully.
CSB: No accounting was required from the men who received the silver to pay those doing the work, since they worked with integrity.
NLT: No accounting of this money was required from the construction supervisors, because they were honest and trustworthy men.
