What does 2 Kings 15:7 mean?
ESV: And Azariah slept with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David, and Jotham his son reigned in his place.
NIV: Azariah rested with his ancestors and was buried near them in the City of David. And Jotham his son succeeded him as king.
NASB: And Azariah lay down with his fathers, and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David, and his son Jotham became king in his place.
CSB: Azariah rested with his ancestors and was buried with his ancestors in the city of David. His son Jotham became king in his place.
NLT: When Uzziah died, he was buried with his ancestors in the City of David. And his son Jotham became the next king.
