What does 2 Kings 20:7 mean?
ESV: And Isaiah said, “Bring a cake of figs. And let them take and lay it on the boil, that he may recover.”
NIV: Then Isaiah said, 'Prepare a poultice of figs.' They did so and applied it to the boil, and he recovered.
NASB: Then Isaiah said, 'Take a cake of figs.' And they took it and placed it on the inflamed spot, and he recovered.
CSB: Then Isaiah said, "Bring a lump of pressed figs." So they brought it and applied it to his infected skin, and he recovered.
