What does 2 Kings 24:4 mean?
ESV: and also for the innocent blood that he had shed. For he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the LORD would not pardon.
NIV: including the shedding of innocent blood. For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the LORD was not willing to forgive.
NASB: and also for the innocent blood which he shed, for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; and the Lord was unwilling to forgive.
CSB: and also because of all the innocent blood he had shed. He had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord was not willing to forgive.
NLT: who had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood. The Lord would not forgive this.
