What does 2 Kings 6:29 mean?
ESV: So we boiled my son and ate him. And on the next day I said to her, ‘Give your son, that we may eat him.’ But she has hidden her son.”
NIV: So we cooked my son and ate him. The next day I said to her, 'Give up your son so we may eat him,' but she had hidden him.'
