What does Deuteronomy 15:15 mean?
ESV: You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you; therefore I command you this today.
NIV: Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.
NASB: And you are to remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God redeemed you; therefore I am commanding this of you today.
