What does Exodus 23:13 mean?
ESV: “Pay attention to all that I have said to you, and make no mention of the names of other gods, nor let it be heard on your lips.
NIV: Be careful to do everything I have said to you. Do not invoke the names of other gods; do not let them be heard on your lips.
NASB: Now concerning everything which I have said to you, be careful; and do not mention the name of other gods, nor let them be heard from your mouth.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage.
