What does Exodus 29:24 mean?
ESV: You shall put all these on the palms of Aaron and on the palms of his sons, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD.
NIV: Put all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons and have them wave them before the LORD as a wave offering.
NASB: and you shall put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and shall wave them as a wave offering before the Lord.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel. The descendants of Abraham prosper after settling in Egypt, only to be enslaved by a fearful, hateful Egyptian Pharaoh. God appoints Moses to lead the people out of this bondage. Moses serves as God's spokesman, as the Lord brings plagues and judgments on Egypt, leading to the release of Israel.
