What does Exodus 34:16 mean?
ESV: and you take of their daughters for your sons, and their daughters whore after their gods and make your sons whore after their gods.
NIV: And when you choose some of their daughters as wives for your sons and those daughters prostitute themselves to their gods, they will lead your sons to do the same.
NASB: and you might take some of his daughters for your sons, and his daughters might prostitute themselves with their gods and cause your sons also to prostitute themselves with their gods.

Book Summary:
The book of Exodus establishes God's covenant relationship with the full-fledged nation of Israel.
