What does Ezekiel 18:23 mean?
ESV: Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?
NIV: Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?
NASB: Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked,' declares the Lord God, 'rather than that he would turn from his ways and live?
