What does Ezra 10:5 mean?
ESV: Then Ezra arose and made the leading priests and Levites and all Israel take an oath that they would do as had been said. So they took the oath.
NIV: So Ezra rose up and put the leading priests and Levites and all Israel under oath to do what had been suggested. And they took the oath.
