What does Haggai 1:8 mean?
ESV: Go up to the hills and bring wood and build the house, that I may take pleasure in it and that I may be glorified, says the LORD.
NIV: Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build my house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored,' says the LORD.
NASB: Go up to the mountains, bring wood, and rebuild the temple, that I may be pleased with it and be honored,' says the Lord.
