What does Isaiah 52:5 mean?
ESV: Now therefore what have I here,” declares the LORD, “seeing that my people are taken away for nothing? Their rulers wail,” declares the LORD, “and continually all the day my name is despised.
NIV: And now what do I have here?' declares the LORD. 'For my people have been taken away for nothing, and those who rule them mock,' declares the LORD. 'And all day long my name is constantly blasphemed.
NASB: And now, what do I have here,' declares the Lord, 'seeing that My people have been taken away without reason?' Again the Lord declares, 'Those who rule over them howl, and My name is continually reviled all day long.
CSB: So now what have I here" -- this is the Lord's declaration -- "that my people are taken away for nothing? Its rulers wail" -- this is the Lord's declaration -- "and my name is continually blasphemed all day long.
NLT: What is this?' asks the Lord. 'Why are my people enslaved again? Those who rule them shout in exultation. My name is blasphemed all day long.
KJV: Now therefore, what have I here, saith the LORD, that my people is taken away for nought? they that rule over them make them to howl, saith the LORD; and my name continually every day is blasphemed.
NKJV: Now therefore, what have I here,” says the Lord, “That My people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them Make them wail,” says the Lord, “And My name is blasphemed continually every day.

Book Summary:
Isaiah is among the most important prophetic books in the entire Bible. The first segment details God's impending judgment against ancient peoples for sin and idolatry (Isaiah 1—35). The second part of Isaiah briefly explains a failed assault on Jerusalem during the rule of Hezekiah (Isaiah 36—39). The final chapters predict Israel's rescue from Babylonian captivity (Isaiah 40—48), the promised Messiah (Isaiah 49—57), and the final glory of Jerusalem and God's people (Isaiah 58—66).
