What does Isaiah 59:1 mean?
ESV: Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear;
NIV: Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.
NASB: Behold, the Lord’S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear.
CSB: Indeed, the Lord's arm is not too weak to save, and his ear is not too deaf to hear.
