What does Isaiah 66:23 mean?
ESV: From new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares the LORD.
NIV: From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me,' says the LORD.
