What does Jeremiah 11:14 mean?
ESV: “Therefore do not pray for this people, or lift up a cry or prayer on their behalf, for I will not listen when they call to me in the time of their trouble.
NIV: Do not pray for this people or offer any plea or petition for them, because I will not listen when they call to me in the time of their distress.
NASB: So as for you, do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer for them; for I will not listen when they call to Me because of their disaster.
CSB: "As for you, do not pray for these people. Do not raise up a cry or a prayer on their behalf, for I will not be listening when they call out to me at the time of their disaster.
