What does Jeremiah 31:7 mean?
ESV: For thus says the LORD: “Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob, and raise shouts for the chief of the nations; proclaim, give praise, and say, ‘O LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.’
NIV: This is what the LORD says: 'Sing with joy for Jacob; shout for the foremost of the nations. Make your praises heard, and say, 'LORD, save your people, the remnant of Israel.'
NASB: For this is what the Lord says: 'Sing aloud with joy for Jacob, And be joyful with the chief of the nations; Proclaim, give praise, and say, Lord, save Your people, The remnant of Israel!’
CSB: For this is what the Lord says: Sing with joy for Jacob; shout for the foremost of the nations! Proclaim, praise, and say, "Lord, save your people, the remnant of Israel! "
