What does Lamentations 4:14 mean?
ESV: They wandered, blind, through the streets; they were so defiled with blood that no one was able to touch their garments.
NIV: Now they grope through the streets as if they were blind. They are so defiled with blood that no one dares to touch their garments.
NASB: They wandered, blind, in the streets; They were defiled with blood, Such that no one could touch their garments.
