What does Leviticus 19:13 mean?
ESV: “You shall not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages of a hired worker shall not remain with you all night until the morning.
NIV: 'Do not defraud or rob your neighbor. ''Do not hold back the wages of a hired worker overnight.
NASB: ‘You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired worker are not to remain with you all night until morning.
CSB: "Do not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages due a hired worker must not remain with you until morning.
NLT: Do not defraud or rob your neighbor. 'Do not make your hired workers wait until the next day to receive their pay.
