What does Leviticus 7:25 mean?
ESV: For every person who eats of the fat of an animal of which a food offering may be made to the LORD shall be cut off from his people.
NIV: Anyone who eats the fat of an animal from which a food offering may be presented to the LORD must be cut off from their people.
NASB: For whoever eats the fat of the animal from which an offering by fire is offered to the Lord, the person who eats it shall also be cut off from his people.
CSB: If anyone eats animal fat from a food offering presented to the Lord, the person who eats it is to be cut off from his people.
NLT: Anyone who eats fat from an animal presented as a special gift to the Lord will be cut off from the community.
