What does Psalm 104:3 mean?
ESV: He lays the beams of his chambers on the waters; he makes the clouds his chariot; he rides on the wings of the wind;
NIV: and lays the beams of his upper chambers on their waters. He makes the clouds his chariot and rides on the wings of the wind.
