ESV: Whoever is wise, let him attend to these things; let them consider the steadfast love of the LORD.
NIV: Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the LORD.
NASB: Who is wise? He is to pay attention to these things, And consider the mercy of the Lord.
