What does Psalm 68:4 mean?
ESV: Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides through the deserts; his name is the LORD; exult before him!
NIV: Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him--his name is the LORD.
NASB: Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Exalt Him who rides through the deserts, Whose name is the Lord, and be jubilant before Him.
