What does Psalm 69:15 mean?
ESV: Let not the flood sweep over me, or the deep swallow me up, or the pit close its mouth over me.
NIV: Do not let the floodwaters engulf me or the depths swallow me up or the pit close its mouth over me.
NASB: May the flood of water not overflow me Nor the deep swallow me up, Nor the pit close its mouth on me.
